This policy explains how Dr. Lokhande's Physiotherapy Clinic & Rehabilitation Centre (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use https://www.lokhandephysio.com. We have designed this website to collect as little personal information as possible.

01Information this website does not collect

This website does not have a database, user accounts or a server-side form system. The appointment and enquiry forms on this site do not send your details to our server and do not store them in cookies, local storage or analytics tools.

02How the enquiry forms work

When you fill in an enquiry form and press the WhatsApp button, your browser composes a message and opens WhatsApp (an app or website operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta). You can review and edit the message before choosing to send it. If you send it, the message is shared with the clinic through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

03Phone calls and emails

If you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to share (for example, your name, phone number and reason for contacting us). We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange and provide care.

04Browser storage

The website stores a single, non-identifying flag in your browser’s session storage so that the appointment pop-up is shown only once per visit. It contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the browser tab or window.

05Third-party services

• Google Maps: the map on our pages loads only when you press “Show map”. Opening the map or directions links connects you to Google, which may collect data under Google’s privacy policy.
• WhatsApp: used only if you choose to send an enquiry, as described above.
• Hosting: our website is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web hosts, their servers may record technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and performance purposes.

06Patient records

Clinical information collected during appointments is handled separately from this website, kept confidential and used only for your care, in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies.

07Your choices and rights

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have shared with the clinic, to request correction, or to withdraw consent where applicable. Email contact@lokhandephysio.com.

08Children

Enquiries for patients under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
