01Workplace musculoskeletal health, made practical
Our corporate health and fitness programmes are designed for HR teams, office managers and wellness coordinators. They focus on the physical side of workplace wellbeing – posture, workstation setup, movement breaks and strength.
Programmes are tailored after an initial discussion about your team size, work patterns and goals. We can suggest a one-off session, a short series, or a recurring format, depending on what you need and what we can deliver well.

06Our view on “good posture”
There is no single perfect sitting position. Current evidence suggests that changing position often and staying generally active matters more than holding one posture all day. Our sessions focus on comfortable setups and regular movement rather than rigid rules.
07Who this is for
- IT, finance and back-office teams
- Organisations with hybrid or work-from-home staff
- HR teams building a wellness calendar
- Managers responding to employee reports of discomfort
08Safety precautions
- Group sessions provide general guidance and do not replace an individual assessment for employees with ongoing pain.
- Employees with medical conditions should take part within their comfort and medical advice.
- We do not collect or store employee health data through this website.
